THESE NPCS are here to enrich the world of Fluxscape! Some your characters will meet directly, while others may be referenced as they wait for their time to shine. Feel free to reference them as needed.

	♢ JERRY SCHIFF: THE INFO BOOTH GUY Jerry just wants to enjoy his newspaper in peace. But that doesn't mean he won't be helpful in his own stoic and mildly sarcastic way. He's here to hand you your stipend for the month, your housing key and a map of the current settings. And there might even be a box of homemade cookies and brownies if you're polite. The cookies are amazing. He's won bake-offs with them. If you're impolite, no cookies, and he'll even go so far as to close the window at the information booth and ignore any attempts to get his attention. And no amount of magic or psychic abilities will get the info booth open again. It's pretty resistant to it, as is Jerry. Try any form of magic or psychic abilities on him and it'll backfire, all while looking you dead in the eye with a look that clearly says 'that was stupid.' - paper bills that seem to shift color and are just a little bit see-through, marked with 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 denominations
	♢ MAYOR LYRA SCHIFF She's just here to make sure the shifting reality doesn't fall to hell, that laws are upheld and that problems are sufficiently and expediently handled. She's no nonsense. She loves her town. She's not sure what to think of the non-resident that show up, but you can be sure she'll treat them with the same stoic respectful impatience she treats everyone.
	♢ ELIZA RUSSELL-SCHIFF Eliza owns The Seafood Shack on the boardwalk, the perfect place to get some of the best seafood anywhere. She's the kindest of the bunch and a tiny bit care-free, but loves her business and always serves food with a smile. She can also be found helping people in town find what they need, offering a sympathetic ear to the people in town when they're upset or need help and don't know where to turn.
	♢ MR. WECHESTER The man who owns all of Wechester City. He is rather enigmatic and keeps a close, keen eye on those who have fluxed in and out of the realities they find themselves in.
